Anxiety. An emotion that has become a familiar feeling in today’s society.  A feeling of losing complete control when the fear and doubt start to creep in and the negative and intrusive thoughts begins to spiral out of control.

Anxiety happens when that pattern of worrying about things, spirals out of control and now starts to manifest itself with physical sensations and you allow your mind to escalate to a full-blown panic attack. Our obsessive negative thoughts can leave us feeling confused making it hard to concentrate on the important things in life.

Intense emotions such as worry, depression, anger, sadness, irritation, frustrations can cause many sleepless nights resulting in extreme fitque, making it even more difficult to cope with everyday stress. Lack of sleep can push you to the point where everything in life feels like an effort, making you feel hopeless – questing your purpose in life. You start to lose interest in life and your negative self-talk will amplify your negative emotions and make you feel like you are sinking down into a deep dark lonely black hole.

For many year of my life I didn’t even know that I was suffering from anxiety, I knew that I was experiencing extreme discomfort and I would try my best to occupy my mind to divert focus which I realise now, was me living in denial. I felt like I was always in a Trans, I felt like I had brain fog and I was forgetful. At the time I was going through so many life changes which felt like never ending challenges. I was overwhelmed and pretty sure that I was experiencing an emotional burn out and fatigue. I went to bed feeling tired and unmotivated and woke up feeling tired unmotivated. It became more difficult for me to handle stressful situations and it started effecting my self-esteem, my confidence as well as my performance at work. I was an emotional wreck and I definitely felt like I was losing my mind. My internal dialog was self-destructive which created a lot of negative beliefs about myself and my life. Relaxing or should I rather say trying to relax was always a big challenge for me, I didn’t like where my thought would wonder to and to be honest it was scary at times. I could never truly relax, my mind never switched off it was constantly racing and in a million places at once which was exhausting to say the least. That was until I discovered the many benefits of LIFE COACHING, I can say with absolute certainty that it changed my life forever, it was the breakthrough I have been wishing for and pray for my most of my life. And today it is a passion that is extremely close to my heart to not just help people in the same position but to also inspire them to become the best possible version of themselves – I have dedicated my life to my passion and my purpose.
